Reconnect with your writing before September swallows it

Breakthrough Summer

A 2-week bootcamp for ADHD writers

Make real, focused progress in two weeks — so you walk into September already moving, instead of carrying another unfinished project into another busy season.

August 17 – 28   •   Breakthrough Summer   •   Reconnect to your work before September madness hits

Does this sound (uncomfortably) familiar?

I have a confession to make...

I’m the person who helps ADHD writers structure their summers before they completely get away from them. I know exactly how unscheduled time starts out looking like freedom and ends up feeling like guilt

But two summers ago, I fell right into the trap myself. I kept saying, “I’ll have time for that this summer” about 1001 projects (writing my book, getting my driver’s license, finding a home to buy…), until I ended up with a list I’d never be able to complete. And the writing never happened.

That’s when I realized: knowing about the trap isn’t enough. The structure has to be built in.

So I decided to build exactly what I wish I’d had.

Breakthrough Summer is for...

If this makes you nod yes:

Breakthrough Summer was meant for you.

Probably not your time:

This might be better for you when your ideas are a little bit further along.

What you get

When I started hosting body doubling sessions and coaching groups a few years ago, I saw how much more joy and progress my clients experienced when they found true connection with others like them. That’s the power Breakthrough Summer was built on.

Here’s what’s included:

Connect to your work

Opening call

Goal setting, sharing hopes, getting to know one another, and the ADHD challenges that might get in the way.

10 body doubling sessions

The body doubling room is open 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. So you can find a double whenever you need one. PLUS: I’ll be there 1-2 hours every day.

Connect to others

Telegram community

Find a body double any time, share when you’re stuck, engage in gentle competition, and message me whenever you need to.

3 hot seat coaching calls

Bring your writing, organization and planning challenges, leave with ADHD-friendly solutions specific to YOUR situation.

Connect to how your ADHD brain works

3 on-demand trainings

Access to video trainings on organizing time, motivating yourself with ADHD, how to organize your writing sessions, and more.

2 Exclusive workbooks

Two workbooks that will help you set tiny, achievable goals for the bootcamp, and adjust them at the midway point.

A note on timing

Sessions are scheduled to work across the Americas, Europe/Africa, and Australasia. Once you register, you’ll get a calendar you can subscribe to that shows every session in your own local time — no conversion required.

And if you miss a live session here and there — you still have everything else. The room, the community, the workbooks, the trainings. Missing a call doesn’t mean missing the bootcamp.

Why this works

When I first started calling myself an ADHD writing coach, I thought I knew what coaching was: talking to one person, helping them reach their goals. The field of “ADHD writing coaching” didn’t really exist yet, so I had no way to know different.

After a few years and hundreds of clients, I noticed something was missing. My 1:1 sessions gave people accountability — but they were spaced too far apart. The writing happened, or didn’t, in the long stretch in between.

So, I added body doubling sessions. Productivity soared. And then something else happened that I hadn’t planned for: people started caring about each other’s projects.

There was something about groups that made the difference — enough that I started running coaching groups too.

Breakthrough Summer combines both, in a condensed two weeks: daily body doubling to keep you moving, and hot seat coaching to work through what’s actually stopping you.

I’ve worked with hundreds of ADHD writers, and I keep seeing the same trap: more research, another outline, one more revision of the plan — always almost ready to start, never quite starting. Discipline was never the problem. What you needed was structure, and structure with accountability is exactly what this bootcamp gives you.

Self-compassion over discipline. Always.

And here's what that looks like across two weeks

Someone in the last round of Breakthrough Summer had been circling the same chapter for years — always researching, always rebuilding the outline, never quite writing.

Using the workbooks, she set ten small milestones, showed up to the body doubling room each day, and did the next small thing.

Some days the milestone barely moved. She showed up anyway.

Two weeks later, she’d finished that outline — actually finished, not revised again — and written the first of its six sections.

And more than that: she knew her next three steps. After years of circling, she wasn’t lost anymore. She was pointed at the next thing.

ADHD writers on Breakthrough Summer

I really enjoyed the unique blend of coaching, community and practical resources… the hot seat coaching calls were a great opportunity to find creative solutions for my issues and learn from the other participants. I would definitely do it again.

I feel like it really helped to be committed to the camp which quickly became a reminder of my self-efficacy - even when it was limited to an hour a day or even a short check-in. Now I have a better sense for how to handle self-consciousness and doubt: tiny bits, a bit of perseverance and kindness - best found in a regular group setting (which can be weird at first but feels familiar so quickly)

You might still be wondering...

September is coming whether you sign up or not. The only question is whether you walk into it with two weeks of momentum behind you, or the same unfinished project you’re carrying right now.

Registration closes August 16. After that, the room opens without you in it.

You don’t need a finished plan. You don’t need to believe it’ll work yet. You just need to show up.
