About the ADHD writer coaching group

I have found that ADHD writers do a lot better when they not only have an expert ADHD writing coach online to guide them through the process of managing their brains, but if they also have a supportive, inclusive community of other ADHD writers to share their challenges with. Nothing feels like more of a relief than to realize you’re not the only one to struggle with these challenges, and that you don’t have to do it alone. And that is a great reason to join the ADHD writer coaching group!

Frequently Asked Questions

about the ADHD writer coaching group

How big is the group?

To make sure there is plenty of time to discuss everyone’s progress, I try to keep each of the ADHD accountability groups small, at maximum 8-10 people (but ideally more like 5).

Who can join these group coaching programs?

You can join a group if you (think you have) ADHD and you have at least one writing project you want to be working on. This can be anything, from an academic text, to a memoir, a play, a screenplay, a blog… If you want to be writing, you’re welcome here.

What if I have to miss a meeting?

If you miss one meeting, you can simply read back the notes and transcripts of the meeting; and participate in the discussions and feedback rounds in the chat. If you’re going away for a bit longer, we can pause your subscription and restart it once you’re ready.

Can I try ADHD writer group coaching out for one month?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription or switch to a different group/package after every month.

What's the difference between group coaching and one-on-one coaching?

In both group coaching programs and one-on-one coaching, I will be there to guide you towards greater productivity as your writing coach online. The main difference is that during the group coaching sessions we focus more on productivity challenges and tools, whereas in 1-on-1 coaching there’s more room to talk about your specific project. In 1-on-1 coaching, therefore, I can help you break down your writing project and think through the next steps, whereas in the group I’ll only teach you tools you need to do it yourself.
